Swimming in the Blue

You remember a status a long time ago about making the weirdest ship ever? Well, this is what I'm talking about!

Yes, I'm making a Cat and a Weedy Seadragon best friends! XDD It's certainly a weird combination, but Edward's whole story and personality is very.... quirky.
I mean, he married a dog that is constantly triggered and kind of manipulates him at times for Gods' sake.

But basically I had a little neat story on how these two met each other:
Since Edward is a huge fan of rowing and such, I imagine one day he had a rowing accident due to some bad weather and Nadina here saved him from drowning. Edward was forever grateful for her saving him and they became great friends that met each other often due to the fact that Edward lived near the sea when he was much younger (hence his slightly different look here ). Nadina can't go on land much because she's an underwater creature so she was forced to stay in the water with only occasional times where she could jump onto the land (usually when it was raining). It sort of developed into a relationship however, Edward moved away from the coast a couple of years later and they never really saw each other again.
This was my little idea, but IDK it was a very random thought that I had a couple of months ago that I've only gotten to show with you all today!

Also, first time drawing something that is underwater so forgive me if this awful. XDDD
